Today, September 19th, is the 6th month anniversary of the fire - God has provided for us in many amazing ways. Please continue to keep us in your prayers.

For I am sure that neither death nor life, nor angels nor rulers, nor things present nor things to come, nor powers, nor height nor depth, nor anything else in all creation, will be able to separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus our Lord.

The upstairs rooms viewed from the loft.

Roger and Duncan complete the last of the T1-11 on the corners of the house.

Lifting the beams for the entryway area.

The first beam is installed.

The second beam is put in place.

Thanks to Mr. Carl's quick thinking the boys are spared hauling the OSB to the top floor for use on the roof.

What would have taken hours of hard labor for the boys takes just a few minutes for the boom truck.

Another friendly and talented boom operator

Now the trusses are lifted to the top story of the house.

Mr. Carl guides them with the rope.

The kids find a safe place to stay out of the way - the rafters of the garage.

In only one day all of the trusses were put in place.

Duncan precariously perched on the beam.

Reading in the loft as the work progresses all around.

Instructing the amateurs

The west side of the house.

Math in the sun

Phone call from Daddy who was in simulator training in Seattle.

There's always something left to haul by hand.
